Senior Service Technician and Maintenance Manager

Charlie is our lead service technician and has thirty-four years of experience with General Heating and Air Conditioning. He has extensive technical expertise in a wide range of air conditioning and heating systems. In his many years with us, he has worked on just about every type of system that is out there. In addition to possessing all of the HVAC certifications in the trade, Charlie continuously upgrades his troubleshooting ability through manufacture’s training and self informative research. He is a huge asset to General Heating and Air Conditioning and if no-one can solve the problem…we send Charlie!

Irvin Lawrence
Service Technician

Irvin graduated from Elaine P. Nunez Community College in 1985 where he majored in air conditioning and heating in 1985. Irvin has been a member of our service team since then and has moved up through the ranks of apprentice to Junior Service Technician and on to Service Technician. Through the years with us, he continuously attends training seminars and can service all makes and models of HVAC systems. Irvin always has a smile on his face and strives to keep you comfortable.

Clint Jones
Service Technician

Clint graduated from Elaine P. Nunez Community College where he majored in Air Conditioning and Heating. Clint has been with General Heating and Air Conditioning since 1997. Clint is EPA certified and has attended specialized training seminars in energy management, air quality control, commercial controls and residential service. He is a valuable and loyal employee and well liked by our customers.

Mike Rome
Service Technician

Mike graduated from Elaine P. Nunez Community College in 1983 where he majored in Air Conditioning and Heating. Mike has attended many training seminars and is familiar with all makes, model and types of air conditioning systems. Mike joined our team in 2002 and has fit into our General Heating family seamlessly. He specializes in not only residential but is also well versed with commercial applications.

Perry Dickens
Service Technician

Perry handles many of our maintenance accounts as well as light commercial and residential service calls. He has an impressive 22 years in the business. Perry graduated from the Refrigeration trade school and his education has been reinforced by his many years of experience. He continues to attend the various trainings and is a great addition to our team.

Keith Tate
Service Technician

Having graduated from the Refrigeration School of New Orleans, Keith has fourteen years of experience in Residential and Light Commercial. He specializes in light commercial rooftop equipment but like the rest of our service team is trained to diagnose all makes and models of residential equipment. Keith is professional and is eager to serve you!
